Rare photograph proving ball or bead lightning exists. Note - close up vertical cropped from photograph, Lightning-036-2400. Ball or bead lighting is clearly shown in the lower left lightning bolt while the other lightning bolts are continuous illuminated channels. If ball or bead lightning was not a real event then the dark channel between the balls or beads would be illuminated because of the time exposure. Original photograph taken in Tucson, AZ during a summer thunderstorm. Original photograph taken on high speed Ekatchrome 35mm film (resulting in grainy appearance) with a Canon T-90 and 200mm f/2.8. 35mm slide was digitized by Kent Wood on a Epson 3870 scanner, cleaned of dust and reduced noise only - NOT PHOTOSHOPPED or COMPOSITED - note reflections of trees around the ball, bead lightning from the lens' added filter, an artifact that was left untouched.
