Comet Hyakutake streaks through the night sky above a saguaro cactus silhouette in the Arizona Sonoran Desert near Florence, Arizona on March 27, 1996.  Star trails rotate around Polaris, the North Star, directly above the saguaro and to the right of the comet's head, while Hyakutake's tail streams through the Big Dipper constellation.
